This vacation home is brand new and fully equipped, guaranteeing you a comfortable and peaceful stay. You'll have plenty of time to explore Les Landes and its landscapes typical of Southwest France: but once you're back, end your day in a vacation rental that will have charmed you. For 6 people, on a patio near the ocean, you won't want for anything:

• A bedroom with a double bed and a balcony.
• Another with four single beds (bunk beds, 2x2).
• A baby bed and a booster seat if needed.
• A fully equipped kitchen opening onto a 25m2 living room (dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, 3-compartment freezer, kitchen utensils, food processors, toaster and coffee maker).
• A dining area on the central island, a sofa convertible into a double bed, a coffee table and two armchairs.
• A flat screen, an amplifier for music, as well as Wi-Fi.
• A toilet upstairs, as well as the bathroom (storage, hair dryer, washing machine).
• A second toilet on the ground floor.
• A 55m2 exterior facing south, sheltered from the wind, consisting of a 25m2 terrace and a garden area with table, chairs and a small lounge.
• A wooden cabin for storing surfboards, bikes, etc.
• An accessible and free tennis court.
